We proudly ship all orders via UPS, USPS Standard or Priority Mail within the United States.
Shipping Timeframes:

Most packages arrive within 2–3 business days, depending on your shipping zone from Houston, TX.

Weather delays, holidays, and peak seasons may affect delivery times.

Use your tracking number (sent via email) to follow your package’s journey.

Once your package leaves our boutique, UPS and USPS is responsible for final delivery.
Order Processing:

Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST will be packed and ready to ship the next business day.

Sunday orders ship out on Monday.

Returns, Damages & Non-Returnable Items
We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a FREE and easy return process for peace of mind.
Return Policy for Online Purchases:

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Please keep items free of pet hair, smoke, and perfume.
Refund Timeline:

Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Non-Returnable Items:

Jewelry, leggings, undergarments, and fragrances (for hygiene reasons)

Sale and clearance items (all sales final)
