At Bennett Avenue Boutique, we don’t have a physical storefront—we ship everything directly from our P.O. Box:

We proudly ship all orders via UPS, USPS Standard or Priority Mail within the United States.

Shipping Timeframes:

• Most packages arrive within 2–3 business days, depending on your shipping zone from Houston, TX.

• Weather delays, holidays, and peak seasons may affect delivery times.

• Use your tracking number (sent via email) to follow your package’s journey.

• Once your package leaves our boutique, UPS and USPS is responsible for final delivery.

Order Processing:

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST will be packed and ready to ship the next business day.

• Sunday orders ship out on Monday.

• Shipping schedules may vary around holidays.

Returns, Damages & Non-Returnable Items

We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a FREE and easy return process for peace of mind.

Return Policy for Online Purchases:

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

• Please keep items free of pet hair, smoke, and perfume.

Refund Timeline:

• Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Jewelry, leggings, undergarments, and fragrances (for hygiene reasons)

• Sale and clearance items (all sales final)
  These items will not be returned or credited if included in a return.

We’re so sorry that happened! Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

Return Instructions

Let’s get that return started with no hassle:

1. Email us using the form below with:

   • Your full name

   • Your order number

   • The item(s) you’re returning

2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label.

3. Print it, attach it to the package (original or similar), and include the original or a copy of your invoice.

4. Seal it up and drop it off with USPS!
